Over the last couple of months I’ve had a great time volunteering my spare time for the upcoming Food Blogger Connect conference, which takes place on the 25th, 26th and 27th of this month! From writing the event’s press release, newsletters and blog posts, to updating LinkedIn and doing research on social media, it’s been an amazing ride (and a serious test in time management) and I’ve brushed up on a few PR skills along the way!
This year #FBC15 is taking place at the beautiful Chiswick House and Gardens and, in its 7th year, it’s going to be better than ever! It’s a weekend chock full of labs brought to you from the best of the best, teaching bloggers about food photography and styling, how to make money out of your blog and build a brand for yourself, to name but a few.
What’s just as exciting though is the panel discussions from the industry’s big names like Sasha Wilkins and Ms Marmite, who’ll be addressing some big issues in an industry ethics debate, and Green Kitchen Stories who will be on hand to discuss all things blogging related! I’m so excited to be a student again for a weekend, and to get to meet some amazing people, talk, eat, listen and, above all, connect.
So here’s the amazing top 10! Hope to see you at the conference!
